Stepping into the role of developer for the first time, Wyndhurst was truly an ambitious undertaking for JEJ. The idea was to develop a new neighborhood that felt like one of America's oldest-with
houses close together, shops within walking distance and a real neighborhood feel. We also used our construction expertise to
build the Jamerson Family YMCA, The Neighbor's Place Restaurant, and many other Wyndhurst buildings. After three years, the
neighborhood is an unqualified success, with new businesses
and people moving in every day.
