Building a huge parking structure that would fit the residential and historic character of Lynchburg's Rivermont neighborhood was a unique challenge. We found ourselves on a very tight site pouring concrete in the dead of winter. But by using over 400 cubic yards of an extra rich concrete mixture--a mixture that provides twice the structural strength of regular concrete--we finished the building on time and on budget.
