The Center for Transportation Research was a truly amazing job. First there was the site--essentially a large rock pile with no water and no electricity, requiring us to bring in everything we needed. Extensive blasting was also imperative in laying the foundation. But even though we had to apply brute force to build the structure, finishing it demanded a delicate touch as we installed the sensitive technological equipment used for the smart highway and other CTR projects.
