J.E. Jamerson and Sons was awarded the orginial clubhouse construction in the 1970s.  As Wintergreen Resort expanded and upgraded their facilities, it became necessary to construct a new golf clubhouse.  J.E. Jamerson and Sons was awarded the project that involved constructing a temporary facility, demolishing the existing facility and construction a new facility.

The golf clubhouse is a spacious 17,000 square foot facility complete with locker rooms, dining areas, and a full-service golf shop.  The facility also includes a golf cart storage area on the lower level.
