J.E. Jamerson and Sons was contracted to construct the Southside Virgina Family YMCA as well as assist in the design.  It was important to the Owner that this facility blend in with the rural environment.  It features a swimming pool, fitness center, child care facility, dance studio, outside playground and basketball court.  It is also designed to easily expand into a gymnasium.
